Established with a profound sense of responsibility and a shared vision for a better future, the Foundation has been set-up as Trust in the loving Memories of Late Smt. Vidya Bhatnagar (1928-2011) w/o Late Sri Krishna Sarup Bhatnagar and Late Smt. Vidya Bhatnagar (1926- 2009) w/o Late Shri Shambhu Dayal Bhatnagar.
The trust is closely held by the family with two Trustees, Shri Anand Sarup Bhatnagar and Smt. Preeti Bhatnagar. The trustee is ably supported by other members of our family who are similarly dedicated to fostering meaningful change through philanthropy.

We Envision to see smiles on the faces of underprivileged people, especially people in need of financial resources. We Aim to reach to the ones in need in their hour of need. It is our Mission to make help available to those in need directly without intermediatory.
