Established with a profound sense of responsibility and a shared vision for a better future, the Foundation has been set-up as Trust in the loving Memories of Late Smt. Vidya Bhatnagar (1928-2011) w/o Late Sri Krishna Sarup Bhatnagar and Late Smt. Vidya Bhatnagar (1926- 2009) w/o Late Shri Shambhu Dayal Bhatnagar.

To support the underprivileged, disabled or old people with relevant medical needs
To provide support for education to Underprivilegedchildren
To support educational institutions by establishing libraries and facilitating access to educational materials
To support the disabled or old people with relevant medical and shelter needs
To work for uplifting the status of women in the society and support in their fight against victimisation
Support in case of accident victims for their treatment and hospitalization expenses.
Support in case of cataract operation to the Underprivileged person (Guards and maids in the residential societies)
Support in case of surgeries such as gallbladder removal, appendicitis, kidney stones etc., to the Underprivileged person .
Distribution of food items such as flour and rice on different occasions in near by slums.
Distribution of sweets on festival seasons to the Underprivileged person (Guards and maids in the residential societies and near by slums)
Support in purchase of medicines and doctor fees for sudden illness through nearby hospitals.
Support with education supplies like notebooks, pens, pencils etc.

At present the activities of the trust are being supported by own funds of the trustees, though the trust is registered under section 12A and 80G of Income tax act.
